I have been doing a combination of Intermittent Fasting. And eating healthy.
And for the first time, in a long while, my wife and I are both eating healthy.
I am also using Fitbit and my goal is to use my treadmill 30 minutes every day.
331.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 141.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.8 lb a week
