Hey, I just saw this. Yeah, it's been really rough. I haven't been logging my food or eating right. Money got really tight so buying my good food was difficult. My grandma passed away, so started emotional eating worse. It's been a hard few months... I haven't logged my food for a whole week since March. I'm trying out I keep putting it off, tomorrow I will start, tomorrow I will start...

So sorry about you losing your grandma, @batman110816. I've been eating emotionally myself lately. Sometimes, it's not so much what we're eating, as what's eating US! TODAY is the tomorrow you spoke about yesterday - don't let it become the yesterday you'll regret tomorrow. (I just made those up, I think! Feeling philosophical today.)Instead of vowing that you'll start tomorrow, start with your next mean TODAY. Even if you only do "right" for one meal and then slide back, at least you've made SOME progress! My prayers are with you.
