Down one more. Was a little worried about my cheat day. I usually only go over 300-500 calories for that day, but we went to 5 Guys, Burger and Fries (my son's favorite) and I had an entire hamburger with fries. My stomach was not happy that night. Not used to that much fat/grease... lol But must have confused the body, the whole point, I guess. So lost a pound.
