I have no idea what's going on, sticking perfectly to diet, if, but I am working out hard every day. I'm not sleeping well and super stressed and upset about Josh
158.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.3 lb a week

Stress and workouts increase water retention.

It is hard to lose with stress and lack of sleep. You will release a hormone called cortisol which hampers losses
