Progress is progress, Extremely slow but I take it... trying to get rid of the 10Lbs I gain during my Birthday / Holidays / Winter Vacation.
148.0 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
