went off the rails a few times, gained 1/2 lb this past week. Nothing to be really concerned about in the long run of course, just be aware of what I'm eating! The pizza killed me, along w/ a few other things!

brkfst- dannon lite & fit yogurt

lunch- 2 carne asada tacos on corn tortillas w/ red sauce
188.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
