I am back from vacation and what a wonderful time it was! Cali was awesome, the weather was great and we did so much walking...I didn't even think that I would get that much exercise! We walked...and walked...and walked! Did all of Sea World, the San Diego Zoo, Disney Land, Disney Adventure land, the beach....on the go none stop for 6 days, it was great! I didn't gain, but didn't lose so I am pleased with that! I am on a roll now though. Had a grapefruit for breakfast, turkey sandwich with 12 grain bread for lunch, yogurt and going to have a peach here in just a little while. So far so good! Went to the gym at lunch did the elliptical machine for 15 minutes and then lifted legs and get crunches...I feel pretty good, just need to stick with it for a week and see what happens! I am very glad to be home, but vacation was awesome! Hope all is well with everyone!
