Another loss...weird after how much I ate this weekend. I did prepare a lot of the food we ate and we ate out for dinners only, so maybe that helped. I don't think I got enough exercise, but wasn't sure how to record equivalents for what I did. Gym tonight :)

Thanks buddies :) HCB - My mom said I could probably walk to her house, which is over 50 miles from mine, but I don't think I could walk to work if I lived in yours LOL. Jenkie - speaking of buns...I think I bounced mine off yesterday driving the four wheel drive roads in the forest. :)

Kimjinxie: You had a better day than I did. I wore my new shoes to the kite festival on Sunday, and someone not paying attention to where they were walking dropped a full can of soda on them before I could slip them off to walk on the sand. argh. Not diet soda, so it was sticky rest of the day. Despite that, had a good time.
