finally met my fiber! But was higher in carbs, so not sure if that is why I am showing a pound heavier this am. I will ignore it an not let it bother me :D
181.9 lb Lost so far: 15.1 lb.    Still to go: 46.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
