Just started using this app. Previously used Lose It! and decided to switch for this diet cycle. Started on the 1st of Jan with a 24hr fast weighing in at 78kg that morning. Day 2 already lost some water weight with 76.3kg this morning. Goal is 69.3kg in 6 months. Fingers crossed!
