I have emerged from by cocoon of naughtiness. Need to lose 6.4 lbs to get back to my goal. All junk and trigger foods are out of the house. Going back to what got me to my goal in the first place. This is another test. I enjoyed the holiday season, but now it's time to get back to feeling healthy and in control. Hopefully, a couple of these pounds are water, but they might be cookies. I guess I'll find out as the week progresses!
