Thank you Yasmine I think it was mainly not feeling too hungry at dinner time so just had porridge it’s a lot less calories also but your comments are appreciated thank you 👍

Sorry but I hate pictures of myself overweight or not I originally wasn’t even going to communicate on this app just wanted calorie information but met so many wonderful people on here like yourself so I’m glad I did

I’ve got one and my niece was over from Ibiza where she lives and I showed her it and said she thought I was never that fat but I was same size last time I went over to see her
