Yep. That's another 3. Of sweat I imagine. I have been drinking my water, but not enough. I am taking care of that today.
My plans for doing nothing but resting aren't going so well. I got my sheets in the washer with pillows ready next and went in the kitchen to my pantry to find something to eat for my meals today. My pantry is overstuffed with gluten and new GF foods. So I started pulling everything out to toss old food out and give away the gluten stuff. Next thing I know, I'm pulling the old shelf paper off, sweeping it out, reorganizing, etc and now I have a kitchen I can barely get into cause I have so many appliances I don't use tucked away in there. Gonna see if people want to buy them. If not, I'll give them away...except the Jack LaLane juicer. I know people at the gym wanting to buy one. Discount for them! And a clean minimalist kitchen for me that gives me peace of mind.
So I ran out to find new shelf paper stuff (and enjoy the beautiful weather!) and now I'm back home empty handed cause they are out of what I want. I'll put things where they go and get it another day. But I can't wait to have the kitchen cleaned out. There is so much crap in there, no wonder I don't like cooking in there.
Just had a small salad I picked up at the grocery salad bar. Wanted to eat it then, but they only had crappy dressings, so I waited till I got home. Maybe I'll do grilled burgers tonight. Don't think I'll be able to go to Swing tomorrow. I think it'll wipe me out and I need the rest, I really do.
I'll check back in later...after I decide to take a rest and a nap! :-)
