I started off like a hunter-gatherer yesterday eating chicken, some cow, almonds, macadamias, and salad greens. Then had a philly cheesesteak salad and some plain ole' chocolate chips for dessert. Went to bed happy and woke up leaner. Had planned to work out, but eh, was so tired from the weekend that I said screw it. Looks like rest was needed more.
That's what I'm talkin about!

Maintenance is a wonderful thing :-)... I'm SO CLOSE lol! Yes there are times that rest is more important, lack of sleep will cause your metaboliosm to down shift. Nice rebound :-)

I felt like I ate like a healthy pig yesterday, eating waaay too much, but goes to show that when you stick pretty close to just "natural" foods, the body will respond in a positive way!
