On it’s slow decline back to where I was I hope I’ve made up a little ground hardly go out these days and cancelled a trip to Ibiza to see my niece but still feel disappointed at myself for going out last Friday but I’ve promised I’ll go nex year

Thank yes I know it’s not a race it’s a journey getting to our goal is just the first step and it doesn’t end so I’m not worried but you go out one day and takes a week to get back that’s why we need to keep on top of it all the time
