After much though i decided to change my goal weight to 140.0 my weight after my second child !! I know it can be done. Granted this journey has taken longer and the fertility meds taken while trying for our third child really did a # on the scale my precious baby issac was worth the extra stretch marks the struggle! I think for a 5’ 3” medium build frame it’s an attainable goal 😍😘👍🏼😎
163.6 lb Lost so far: 61.4 lb.    Still to go: 23.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
