Back from vacation gain. Assume water retention, constipation, stress and possibly preserved meats play parts, since diet was close to normal during the vacation.
Added: Had two pineapples, three coconuts, and maybe three cans of cold coffee from 7-11. The preserved meat had a known sugar content of 2-3%. These sugars should in theory go to glycogen storage, and should be burned off on my first bicycle ride. Believe loss over the next few days can turn interesting. Left to see.
