For someone who only resumed workouts yesterday after more than a week of not exercising...I'll take it. I think the 16hr fasting that I did yesterday and today helped as well. I've limited my eating hours to 12noon and 8pm which means I've been skipping breakfast, which in turn has eliminated some carbs from my diet and reduced my overall calorie intake to around 1000 per day.
