I had my weigh in just a pound but a pound is a pound right! But I know I have not been doing my best just what I had to do to get by. So now is the time to get serious.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
