I have fallen so far behide. I can not get everthing going. I just feel like such a failure. This was so easy last time but now I just can not get it together. HELP!!!! I suck at this.

i was on the run all weekend! Went to a outside wedding was 95. It was almost like sitting in a spa! I keep think I had to be losing weigh just sitting there. No such luck LOL. The food was good and I did really good!

Had a good weekend just did not do much journaling. Trying to get my exercise down having a hard time with this one.Never been that easy for me. Just need to find that one thing that works for me.

I need to get busy life is to short to sit and watch it go by. We need to know that the body God give us is a gift. We need never to forget that and take as good of care as we can because it is the only one we will ever get. Work hard and never look back.
