have really stepped up the exercise and been good foodwise last couple of weeks and...still no change on the scale!!! grrr, have lost some inches though. really hard to keep up the motivation with that scale not budging
160.3 lb Lost so far: 16.1 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey, our charts are almost the same! I have been stalled too. What can we do? Drink more water, maybe?
