I seem to be maintaining. My carbs have increased to between 20 and 50 grams a day. I'm now averaging around 1100 calories daily. That is an increase to what I was doing to loose weight. I also seem to be alot more sedatary since I got back from Mexico. Time to do better and at least hit my goal. Wish me luck this week. Hope everyone is doing well.
