you could try fasting or having a high calorie day, that usually helps me break a stall

I don't see your food logging so it is hard to make any suggestions. I read that you are only eating meat?? Keto diets done correctly push us into ketosis which is our fat burning stage. when you eat only proteins your body uses the excess protein to turn it into glucose, excess glucose will bounce you out of ketosis. maybe you are eating enough fat to balance it. since you have lost 14 pounds maybe you need to look up your macros calorie reduction for promoting weight loss and make an adjustment. I would suggest adding some balance to your diet. fats and healthy salads
