Kemaren sempet loss diet makanan sehat nya dan jam makan nya berantakan , biasanya bb turun dan bab lancar , skrng mandek 😕 , hayo semangat sehat ! skrng saat nya kembali ke ke disiplinan 😁 udh turun 15 kilo 😑 . Sisa 8 atau 9 kilo lg adalah masa masa ada rasa syukur dan khilaf bersatupadu wkwkwkwkw 😂
