The scale this morning was mean. 202 my butt... I'm not happy about the increase but it's very minor. It's also very confusing. I've been extremely good and really frustrated with the scale numbers. I've been within the same half-pound or so for going on 9 days now. I can see the freakin' entrance to ONEderland, but I cannot for the life of me take that final couple of steps. Grrrr. Okay, first cup of coffee consumed and rant is over. Happy Monday everyone!

I hate when that happens. Seems as though a plateau is usually followed by a good 3 lb drop tho - be patient! 😊

I agree, I sat at 127 for awhile before I finally hit my goal. I have had an easy time staying right around 123 ever since. Hugs!

it is frustrating when you get stuck, I tried a mini fast yesterday just to see how it worked. and no my scale did not reflect my low calories, but I made sure my carbs are low. Maybe your carbs are a little high for weight loss. Are you still in ketosis?? Everyone is so different with what balance works for them.

sometimes weight fluctuates. however its very easy to be stuck. i find that the more small *healthy* snacks per day, the easier it is to stay fuller longer. i try to eat lots of fruits and veggies and protein. more often than not, i’m found drinking water instead of eating. fasting just might not be working for you. it can also decrease metabolism speed

@baskington No I'm sure my carbs are in order. However, my protein has been a little higher than it maybe should. I'm gonna ride it out because I know I'm doing what I should. Blood sugar levels have been spot on :)
