Ok Everyone, I’m wondering if there are any athletes i.e. boxers, wrestlers, mma, Jiu-jitsu athletes, that are on this app, and trying and/or have knowledge about a ketogenic diet... I’m on week 4, I started at 205, dropped 13 lbs in 2 weeks, but stayed put this last week... I’m trying to get my weight down to 180lbs.... my breakdown is usually 73% Fats, 21% proteins, and 6% carbs or less daily, I’m also burning between 3000-4000 calories a day. Any real data is appreciated.
