Walked 3.1 miles this AM and got home JUST before a deluge! DH had taken doggies out earlier.
This is Day #4 weighing in at or below goal weight, so I'm a happy camper. While I am still in loss mode until the end of the month, I consider this a success....3 days longer than I can ever remember being at any kind of goal weight.
I spent some time at the mall this afternoon and scored some nice bargains. Nothing major....just a few oddball items.
My food is out of whack for today....the pancakes and pre-walk snacks came on time, but now all the other foods will come after 6:30PM....not good, but couldn't be avoided. Oh....I DID take a cheese stick with me while I was out shopping and I ate it on the way home.

Sounds like you had a lucky day - good timing for your walk, bargains at the mall and day 4 under the Blue Line! Somehow I can't believe eating after 6:30 is going to stop you now.

Buffy, the good news is that even if "late eating" gives me a higher weight tomorrow morning, it's no biggy because I'm up way too early on Sundays to give the scale's readout much credence, compared to the other days of the week. I doubt I've EVER logged a loss on a Sunday, and I certainly wouldn't expect one tomorrow given this week's pattern. Gonna stop by your journal next!

Great cheese stick strategy! Were you shopping for smaller clothes? Good luck with maintaining! I am certain you will do fine!

W4, no, I wasn't looking for smaller clothes - this time! Scored some winter Polartec fleece, however, that Sears brought back in their Lands End dept. This was the very same item that I passed on at the end of the season, the very day it was being shipped out. Well, they brought the "old" stock back, kept the end-of-season clearance price but put it on sale for even lower, so you know I just couldn't pass on it this time. Also went to the Hallmark store for their preview event, picked up some slacks for my mom for Christmas (already!), and found a few other items at the main dept. store's clearance event (great transitional sweater orig. $80 for just over $11). So, even though I wasn't going to shop for me, it turned out that way....funny how often that happens! LOL!
