Keeping my calories down under 1500 also had some fruit one steroid pill to go ...I'm thinking I'm really getting better 👍just some right forearm hand tightness maybe a twinge on the left hand the nurse said these viruses can take 6 months to go away ..I just really hope it's ending 🤗👍
