drank about 100oz of water yesterday.... most days I have trouble drinking 32 oz. So I'm pretty sure the weight gain is water weight.
223.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 88.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wow! That’s a lot of water. I feel sick when I go over 80oz and I always gain but it goes away the next day
