Accuracy of the RDI?
I'm wondering what your experience is with the accuracy of the RDI on FS. I am 5'0'' 150lbs, and FS calculates my RDI as 1700 calories at "low active." The calculator at

has me at 1875. I'm doing an hour of cardio 4 days a week and a half-hour for another two days per week. I am losing weight steadily (around a pound per week), but am wondering if I'm at the right activity level with an appropriate RDI?
