Minggu kemarin 8jam say.
Minggu ini pengen nyoba yg 5jam.
Jm mkn di OCD itu maksimal 8jam & minimal 1jam.
Gpp say, awal2 emang disuruh ambil 8jm dulu kok. Biar bertahap & tubuh beradaptasi.
