I am learning more and more about my body and food. Some days I need more food than others. I am also learning when I eat sometimes I'm just bored not hungry. Also since coming to this site I have been more aware of calories in food. Some days my husband will ask me if I want a snack and I will tell him no because I don't want to waste my calories on the wrong type of food. I am glad I am taking this journey.

Isn't it a great feeling when we know what we are eating and whether it is worth spendng calories or not? My dear husband does the same type of things - he is trying to be helpful but brings home the not so helpful snacks - I now tell him fresh fruit, fresh veggies or a bouquet of flowers are the best!
