OOOOOO0000000oooooooo.K. So the scheduled cheating is over and I fear the scale. Why do I do this to me? I could blame it on hormones but that is a cop out. The cheating was fairly contained as I also fear gastric consequences in public. Indeed that coconut cream fried pie was vicious. At Lambert's I was better behaved had 1 roll because Lambert's is the home of thowed rolls. And the cornmeal on the catfish was not a good idea neither was the fried OKRA or the crowder peas. Man I remember the food being better. This is the first time since I have been off the sugar.... pickled beets are supposed to be a little sweet but EVERYTHING had sugar in it except the unsweet tea. I fear that Keto has ruined Lambert's for me. Maybe I should open a full on keto restaurant. Nah you have to be a workaholic to own a restaurant... I am lazy.

Don’t worry about the weight on the scale it’s obviously going to go up because you ate a lot of food just mark it down and continue moving forward no big deal

How often do you schedule a cheat? Any more than once a month and you probably should reconsider.

instead of seeing it as a fail or a set back .... consider it a confirmation that eating all that sugar and other stuff isn't what you want to do any more. Keto ruined it for you? Good - now find a better place that suits your new and improved - more healthful eating!!

Scheduled cheats are for road trips only. I dont have many scheduled ones. (Mom's not able to go too far for too long). It's the accidents that get me. Only thing this did was make me aware that i started this keto thing to feel better.

If your going to go off plan sweetie maybe you should have the mindset that if... I cave... and go off plan...then that's it...no more... and head your butt back to plan immediately after...so if you must .. have only one thing off plan then head straight back to the plan or...when we went out of town I just took things I could have as not to feel deprived...and it worked for me...thank you for sharing sweetie... now come on my friend follow me back ...its time to get back to the journey to feeling better;)
