The Arnold Palmer of spaghetti. Caused by the great spaghetti squash fail. I cooked and brought spaghetti squash to work, so I could have the sauce and keep carbs low... but ... the squash never went into the fridge. I started reading up on cooked vegetables and room temperature and convinced myself that eating it would cause my stomach to explode, so I tossed it. Luckily, one of my co-workers is low carb too and she shared some of her spiraled zucchini noodles with me. I didn't want to take too many of hers, so I mixed in half regular noodles and I will just have to do an extra long workout tonight.

I didn't think that anything would grow on cooked veggies to hurt you. Glad you got something to eat though!

@Abbadabba I was thinking that too, but everything I was reading said that if you don't put cooked veggies in the fridge within 2 hours, it's prime breeding ground for salmonella and botulism.
