discovered that my tummy problems were coming from a leak in my propane fire place :S yah, fun fun. oh well, feeling better so its all good. its too cold here to air out my house, so it smells like leaky gas ( sour/rotten egg ), but whatever...likley helping keep my appetite in check ;) been trying to eat ok...finding myself eating more foods of conveniance tho, so trying to keep yogurt and apples...good stuff around. I'm off on a road trip this weekend, so i'm sure i'll eat some junk but its ok. not gonna worry too much while i'm away...make up for it when i come home. been trying to walk with a friend so am getting a little exercise. hope all is well with everyone else :)
