Thanks all,it was really good. @murphthesurf someone else substituted zucchini for cauliflower, or quinoa if you are not worried about adding a few carbs.

Boil the cabbage for 5 minutes and set aside, cook sausage, onion, peppers, cauliflower rice, seasonings, and let cool down a bit. Add egg and cheese to mixture. Pre-heat oven to 350. layer a bit of tomato sauce in a baking dish. Stuff cabbage leaves and lay into baking dish. Top with sauce and bake for about an hour, until heated through.

Peasy it's not the carbs, it's the cauliflower,zucchini and quinoa I'm not liking. hahaha l guess I'm a hard case.
