I snuck my kids cauliflower rice for dinner. They would NEVER willingly and knowingly eat cauliflower but it was a huge score. They loved it and I broke the news to them after. Tehe. I love it too and it is a great substitute when going low carb.

For the cauliflower rice I just the same seasonings i put in the beef and added a dash of taco sauce to it. Turned out great!
