It is a beautiful day outside today and I am in a beautifully good mood.
I was thinking how fantastic this food plan is - so fantastic that when I had the day from h-ll I had no cravings and no hunger. And that meant even though I was really down and felt like giving up - the food plan was so great that I didn't feel like cheating and so I didn't. Now I don't have any carb cravings to suffer through or any "flu" symptoms to survive. I feel great today - full of energy - happy - alive - and I threw away my fat jeans today. So happy to see those go. Not keeping them in case I grow back in to them because I won't. There is no going back for me only forward and down, down, down the scale. This is a way of living for me now not just a food plan. Oh, I worked out at the Y liked I said I would today, too. I only walked 15 minutes on the treadmill but we are going to walk 30 minutes later tonight.
The task for the day in Beck Diet Solution is to make out a daily schedule for yourself including all the new food and exercise plan activities on it. This may require delegating some responsibilities to other family members or dropping some activities from your schedule. In order to figure out what to keep and what to drop make three lists - activities that are essential - activities that are highly desirable and activities that are desirable. This should help you prioritize your activities and make room for your new food and exercise plans (such as making out menus, shopping, eating more slowly, working out).

Isnt it great to have days like this...everything can be going wrong but your mood is in such a place no one can harsh your morning mellow..lol and best of all you dont fall off your WOE, you stay good to yourself..right on. I went for a brisk and I mean brisk walk to day dh isnt home so it was me and the dogs..they are little and had a heck of a time keeping up...the bears are starting to wake up and I am in the country, I walk on a bush road so it was a quick one, but I sure knew I had a work out..I hope to go again later when dh gets home. Keep enjoying the day :)

What an awesome feeling, to toss out the clothes that are too big! :) I like that the program you're working is also looking at all other aspects of your life to help reform the bad habits you might have had that may have contributed to the weight gain.
