Measured today my waist line... 70 centimeters (27.95 inches)... wishing for 60 centimeters (23.62 inches) at least, but I am not even sure if I have ever had my waistline at 23.62 inches. #goal for the next few months is to shed those extra inches.

Hello friend:)) I noticed that you measure ur body parts and I was a lil bit shocked by ur goal for 60 cms 😳 Because I myself have this kinda restrictive diet and I used to be anorexic for months and I still haven’t recovered completely ... So I was wondering if u do so and if you have like unrealistic goals or wanna be that supper thin or not.. cuz u know it feels somehow comforting to see others dealing with same problems as u do:) I’m sorry if it’s too personal btw!!!

Hi dear @grumpy_goat. Thanks for your comment. Well, where do I start? 🤔 First of all, I've never been on a restrictive diet and I do not restrict myself from eating😋. I always make sure I eat healthy, full of nutrition and vitamins food😋. The reason I came on FS is to gain a new habit of eating smaller portions of food 4-5 times a day🍳🍣🍢🍠🍤, instead of 1 or 2 large meals🥗🍲, like I used to... Why have you decided that my goal is unrealistic?🤔 It is my goal and my body, I know better...🤓 Your situation, your body type, your goals might be completely different. Please don't look at others, concetrate on you and your well being and love yourself for who you are.❤ What is good for me might not work for you and vice versa. We are all unique. Numbers around our waistline or on a scale do not define us. I just want to become the best version of myself and for me It's important to have a balance in everything I do. So 60 centimeters is just a number that motivates me to make right decisions and healthy choices, my ultimate goal is to have a healthy and toned body. And that requires the right mind set, healthy eating habits and exercise. ❤
