I had a trip to Nashville today. It was my last visit to MD after ankle replacement in August. Very happy with the results and he was too. No more visits for 2 years after today!!! yea!! It was a long road and being off my feet for 2 months was very hard, but now am up and pain free! I know that celebrating with food is a no-no , but today I wanted to and I chose to! I planned for my trip to Panera... my fav , and I enjoyed every bite! Soo back to my good choices tomorrow and going to try to add in a little walking. I'm tired,met my daughter and grandson to visit awhile when I got home. Love them all so much!
So... to bed with a good book!
