having some sort of nasuea (sp?) issues...doesn't feel like the flu, but just don't feel good. worst part is i feel more like snacking than eating meals. yes, i know that several small snacky meals is sometimes better than 3 bigger ones, but the kind of things that feel good in my stomach are all starchy kinds of stuff. its likely just a bug...this too shall pass...*crosses fingers

Day two I came down with one killer of a cold and all I did was snack because I did not feel like eating and I still stuck to the first phase. Try making some "soup"... Low sodium, non fat chicken broth, some chicken cut in to cubes, celery and some seasoning, then boil till the chicken in cooked. As plain as it is it is filling and will help keep your energy up while sticking to the diet. Throught in some phase one friendy veggies when you feel like eating more. Hope you feel better!
