Well going out to eat and staying on track is hard. I had to eat out twice today and lunch I did pretty good. A spinach salad with chicken 400 calories. Dinner was not great. Over 1200 calories for one meal. I tried so hard to find a lower calorie meal where we ended up going but even the chicken meals were high over 800 calories. I settled on a steak which only came in 8 oz sizes and mashed garlic potatoes with mushrooms on the side. Yes I could have cut the steak in half or only ate half of the potatoes but once it was in front of me, I ate it all. I felt so sick after. I ended up eating over 2000 calories today. I usually only eat about 1500. I think from now on I am just going to avoid eating out. Much easier on the bank account as well.
