Wow am I tired this morning. Believe it or not we had a really loud thunderstorm around 1amish and it woke me up. My downside is usually once awake I can not go back to sleep. Sure enough it took me hours to go back to sleep so I think I have had, if I am lucky, about three hours of sleep. Still going to workout this morning but I am guessing it will be mighty slow.
