Everything considered, not too much damage. Made it through the Christmas season AND three weeks of vacation in Costa Rica. Up slightly but still under the 200 lb. mark. When I started this change in September, my goal was not to gain my annual Fall 10 -20 lbs. I am happy with my progress. I'm back to the gym this week and on to my next goal.
