Look at all of these entries.. I failed due to delicious treats.
I think the best way is to cut-down rather than deprive...
But replace breakfast & lunch with Oatmeal (sugar free). Eat a fruit in between + soy milk. Eat protein after gym ( can eat Korean food too). Then at 9PM do pilates. Sleep early and drink more water. IF I need to eat out with friends...try not to eat deep fried food. IF I do then try not to eat too much beforehand and workout 30 min more than other days.
