My weight is still the same 230lbs

Try positive self-talk, like saying (OUTLOUD) words to yourself, like,- Chocolate, I hear you calling my name right name but my butt and my thighs are not answering. I refuse to put you in my mouth today. Chocolate can act as an antidepressant, it's a comfort food. Subsitute and candlelight bath or something, but don't give up, keep moving forward. Lady
