Unofficial checks show a slowing down of weight loss. Exercise has to start after I return from Calcutta. Will do a weigh-in tomorrow morning. On Thursday night after returning home (around midnight), gave in to hunger and temptation to eat four Colonel Kebabz mutton seekhs that Mimi had got; this was the first breach in the 14-16-hour gap rule.
