The weigh-in yesterday showed a loss of 4 kg, which I was expecting. This is the toughest diet I have been on, and doing both the keto and the 14-16 hour gap. The challenge is to keep it up when I go to Calcutta with Baba on Nov 25 and thereafter. Today was Iramashi's moderating show at Upinder Singh's book launch, and afterwards they took us to the IIC bar for drinks and kebabs. I had diet coke and 2 reshmi kebabs, 1 seekh kebab, 2 fish tikkas and 3 small shami kebabs. Could not find these items on the food menu, so have put approximations. This was the first big meal and indiscretion since the beginning of the diet. Let's see what the informal weigh-in tomorrow morning shows.
