What the heck is it with the .4 all the time. I did real well this week, actually exercised a bit. I'm happy with my progress, shooting for exercise at least 3 days next week. Getting closer to my goal!!
235.4 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 55.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Keep up the GOOD fight. I am Pre-diabetic. I have been on the Keto WOE for 4 mos... It has really lowered my BS #s. I go to the Dr for annual next month...and will have A1c test done to see if the tracker #s are for real! Just don't give up...this fight against T2 is so worth it!
