Weigh in today. Not bad, not great. I'm only down .2. I had hoped a bit more but I know where I messed up so I can learn from my mistakes. It has also been killer hot around my part of the world. So hot that it makes it hard to breath during a workout. I put it off for three days because of it. It is still suppose to be super hot today too but I will try and get a workout in after I get the kids off to school. Now to brush off the "I feel sorry for myself" attitude and get back to the "I can do this" attitude.
